The Contract Duration is estimated at six hundred and twenty (620) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be listed as a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
