The bid due date has been extended until 05 December 2023*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR24B0002 for the Construction of Building 3659 Composites Engineering and Innovation Center (CEIC) at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, located in Crane, Indiana. The Contract Duration is estimated at six hundred and twenty (620) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be listed as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Information regarding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers process for settling requests for equitable adjustments and duration goals to achieve definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts can be found by going to https://www.usace.army.mil/Business-With-Us/Partnering/ then clicking on "View FFP Contract Changes Playbook Here". SELECTION PROCESS: This is a sealed bid Part 14 Procurement. The bids will be evaluated based on the lowest priced complete offer submitted. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions. SOLICITATION WEBSITE: The official solicitation, when posted, will be available free of charge by electronic posting only and may be found at the Contracting Opportunities website, https:// sam.gov/.
