| Description | LTBB receives grant funds to provide affordable housing to the LTBB Community Members. As a function of the funds, Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) has over thirty rental units located within the Tribal Boundaries that it is responsible to manage and provide upkeep for. Two of those are duplexes units in Wah Wahs Noo Da Ke Village, one located at 3648 and 3650 Zhow Noong and the other at 3664 Zhow Noong and 5752 Ap Gish Mok in Harbor Springs, Michigan and LTBB is soliciting proposals to install a new metal roof on each duplex unit.
