Re-Bid - Middlesex Borough Police Department AHU Replacement

The scope of the project is to remove and replace the existing two (2) rooftop units, RTU-1 and RTU-2, their associated controls, and remove and replace controllers on all existing duct mounted zone and by-pass dampers in ceiling spaces. The RTU's will be replaced in kind with new packaged rooftop units utilizing new curb adapters. The project will include all necessary work to replace the units, associated controls and damper controllers. Refer to the Bid Drawings for further details of the project.
