Description

Construction of a 7-story apartment building over two-levels of enclosed parking. The project will include a total of 299 apartments with amenity space on the first floor containing a café, lounge, mail, fitness center, bathrooms and conference center. An additional amenity space is located on the seventh floor. The building also provides an exterior courtyard containing the pool, pool equipment and bathroom, grilling station, outdoor game area, poolside cabanas and firepit. As of January 26, 2023, this project is currently on hold pending value engineering. Construction is tentatively expected to start late third or early fourth quarter 2023.
