Description

This project consists of a new park and asphalt roadway extension in Precinct 3. The park will consist of an asphalt parking lot, walking trail, concrete pads for benches, tables, and a canopy, grading for a future playground, and drainage facilities. The project also includes the extension of Binford Circle, two new asphalt driveways, and the reconstruction of four existing driveways.
