| Description | The Airport Authority is soliciting bids from qualified companies to enter into an Agreement for the right and privilege to provide Window Cleaning Services for the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and Bowman Field Airport in the manner and frequency as specified in the Bid Documents. Performance Bond: Upon award of the Agreement the Company shall furnish to the Authority, among other documents, a Performance Bond, attached hereto as Attachment B, in the amount equal to 50% of the first years bid amount, at the Company’s sole expense, to guarantee the satisfactory performance of all obligations under the Agreement by the Company. |
