Cleaning Supplies

The School District is looking for an annual value to cover all services for the 8 schools in the School District. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions, to negotiate with any or all responsible Bidders, and to waive any informalities in the Request for Proposals process, and to enter into an agreement with the Bidder whom the School District in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the School District even though the Bidder may not be the lowest bid or proposal. 1. Provide the following cleaning chemicals - disinfectant, multipurpose cleaner, degreaser, toilet bowl cleaner, floor cleaner. 2. Provide all paper products, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues. 3. Provide all can liners, large and small. 4. Provide microfiber mop heads, microfiber rags. 5. Provide and maintain all chemical dispensing stations. 6. Provide dispensers for toilet paper and paper towels. 7. Provide floor wax, chemical stripper, top scrub (on as needed basis). 8. Provide pads for the auto scrubbers.
