Description

Goals: MBE - 14% - 18% and WBE - 10% - 15%. A Request for Service will typically request the performance of the following types of repair work: 1. Pothole Maintenance: Mill with a mini-miller or skid-steer mounted miller and patch potholes to match elevation of the surrounding roadway. 2. Resurfacing Work: This work will require Contractor to mill and pave from the curb to the center line of the road way, and in many cases to repair prior work covering utility trenches. CBRE anticipates there will be minimal amounts of this repair work completed in 2022 through 2024. 3. Sidewalk Repairs: Replace sections of concrete sidewalk deemed a safety hazard., and adjust curbing as necessary. Repair of ADA ramps MAY be necessary during the life of the contract. 4. Emergency Repairs: Repair hazards in a roadway. Repair might include filling a vault or adjusting manhole or private storm inlets, or subsidence.
