| Description | Work Included Contractor to prep area for install covering floors, doors, windows, and fixtures, etc. with plastic. Contractor to carefully remove and dispose of existing fiberglass materials along attic flats. Contractor to ensure all bathroom fans and dryer vents have been vented to exterior through roof deck with damper assemblies. Contractor to spray 7" (R-26.6) of open-cell foam to roof deck from bottoms of rafter cavities across tops of exterior walls and up to peak covering edges of rafters. Contractor to spray 5.5" (R-21) of open cell foam insulation to gable ends covering edges of studs. Contractor to paint exposed foam insulation with Code Required/Recommended thermal/ignition barrier. |
