Police Precinct 6

The project will be approximately 12,500 square feet and located near Gordy Pkwy between the Mountain View Aquatic Center and Chattahoochee Technical College. Building will house the EOD (explosives ordnance disposal) and DUI Task Force from Tac Ops along with consolidating the Ranger division. Layout will consist of 2 offices for lieutenants, 5 offices for sergeants, cubicle space for officers, Community Room, Fitness area, and bathrooms with showers. There will be a securable workshop and storage cage for EOD along with unsecured storage for Rangers. The structure will be load bearing concrete masonry exterior walls with metal stud and CMU interior walls. Standing seam roof will be supported with metal stud trusses. Plumbing and electrical systems, including distribution to all Owner-Furnished, Owner-Installed equipment, is included in the Scope as further outlined in this narrative.
