| Description | Scope of Work: 1. Work performed under this section shall include, but is not limited to, repairing or replacing locking and latching devices (self - closing, when specified) and repairing and replacing loose or damaged fence pickets, slats, and posts. 2. White wood or pine wood picket and cross members shall be used for repairs. 3. Landscape Timber or 4" x 4" white wood or pine wood posts shall be used. 4. All fencing materials shall be installed parallel to existing members and in a workman - like manner. |
