The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the clearing of up to 585 scenic Vistas in North Carolina on the Blue Ridge Parkway. These services include cutting trees, shrubs, brush, briars and vines within specified depths of designated vistas, along with some application of herbicide in specified areas, to provide vistas with clear and unobstructed views.
