Description

The scope of work includes adjusting manholes and valve/cleanout boxes within recently paved roadway. The adjustment of manholes and valve/cleanout boxes will follow pavement restoration, to be performed per separate contract by others. Adjustment includes replacement of manhole frames, manhole covers, valve/cleanout boxes with lids, and installation of grade rings and concrete collars. Manhole frames and covers and valve boxes and lids will be provided by YLWD. The work will be performed in multiple phases, as needed.
