Description

Work of the contract is for the construction of the McConnell Pump Station Improvements for Travis County WC&ID No 10. The proposed facility will be constructed on Travis County WCID No. 10 Property at 717 ½ Yaupon Valley Dr., West Lake Hills TX 78746. The facility shall have a new electrical building. A natural gas emergency generator and transformer shall also be part of the proposed site. The site work shall include storm water drainage, paved vehicle access, and miscellaneous site improvements. The proposed project includes: 1. Replacement of existing pumps with three (3) new 2600-GPM pumps; 2. 23’-4” x 38’-4” Electrical Building; 3. Elevated Transformer Pad and Conduit Bridge; 4. On-Site Generator; 5. Existing Pump Building Upgrades; 6. Drill Shaft Retaining Wall; 7. Duct Bank Construction; 8. Drainage; 9. Fence Installation; 10. Site Paving and Driveway.
