The Federal Aviation Administration Logistic Center (FAALC) Requires Drainage Upgrade Around the Cleveland Air Traffic Control Tower Facility and the Replacement of Three Facility Chiller Pumps

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, permits, and transportation required to: - Furnish and install flat canopies. - Furnish and install Zurn Z806-HDG No. 1002 trench drain in existing concrete patio between Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and administrative base building. - Replace concrete slab and curb outside of north ATCT exit door. - Furnish and install trench drain in existing concrete outside of loading dock rollup door. - Replace (2) exterior metal doors and frames (D101A and D102A) on first floor of ATCT with identical metal gauge thicknesses and door types. - Replace floor tile in Exit Stair #1 - Sand, prime and paint bottom of metal stairs in in Exit Stair #1 (room 101) and Exit Stair #2 (room 102) to a height of 12” above floor. Provide 2 coats of finish paint. - Remove temporary insulation on exterior chiller piping and any damaged insulation on chiller pumps. - Contractor shall contract for 40 hour technical support blocks from the local York Chiller technical support office as optional adds for the contract. - Procure 40 hour Authorized Controls Integrator (ACI)
