Description

This project generally consists of reconstructing Pine Street from Front Street to its terminus for the purpose of providing public access to the Arthur Kill Waterfront. The work includes a 36-foot-wide roadway, curbing, sidewalks, signage, lighting and stormwater drainage system and outfall as well as a connector trail between the end of Pine Street and the existing Bike, Hike and Roll Throughway including an ornamental entry arch, marine bollards, fencing, landscaping, and lighting.
