Remove and Replace OH doors at Repair Shop on Ames DOT Complex

Renovation of a municipal facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Question Cutoff Date 5/1/2022 11:00:00 PM (ET) DOT is seeking an Overhead Door Company to remove and install 3 new overhead doors, at Repair Shop located on the Ames DOT Complex as per and specifications. Contractors will be required to provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the removal and replacement of 3 overhead doors as per the scope of work included under the line item tab and attached specifications under the attachment tab. Note 1 door is an insulated sectional door and the other 2 are rolling steel doors DOT Estimated Start Date: May 23 , 2022 and Final completion on or before August 30, 2022. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Davis- Bacon Wages to not apply to this project.
