Residences Demolition Project at Mustang Island State Park

TPWD is requesting sealed bids to perform all Work required for the following Project: Construction Estimate $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 Demolish two existing elevated residence buildings and related sitework in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. All work shall be completed within eighty-five (85) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
