The Project includes a Base Bid and an Alternate. The Base Bid includes temporary erosion control, chain-link fence removal and replacement, infiltration basin construction, culvert installation, grading, and paving a bituminous taxilane. The Alternate includes temporary erosion control, grading, and bituminous paving of the existing perimeter road.
