Description

The budget is in the range of $3-6 million The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Rehabilitating approximately 17,000 linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sanitary sewers using cured-in-place lining (CIPP), approximately 10,000 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary lateral lining, sewer cleaning and root removal, bypass pumping as required, installation of 1,500 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, installation of 800 linear feet of 10-in PVC sanitary sewer, seven partial replacements of sewers, manhole rehabilitation, and associated site restoration. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 15 - Instructions to Bidders. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 15- Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided in the Bid Documents. Bids shall include all information requested by Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2013) included with the Bid Documents. As required by Bid Form 96, Section III, the Bidder shall submit a financial statement. The Owner may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the work and the Bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this purpose as the Owner may request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work when and as contemplated therein. Each Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Project site(s) and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Bid Documents. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to its Bid. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. Questions will be due in writing to the engineer, Karen Saavedra, PE (ksaavedra@structurepoint.com) by 5:00 PM on April 5, 2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
