| Description | Bldg. 202 (Domiciliary) B wing 2nd floor. Contractor to provide labor and materials to re-surface/coat a total of 4,875 square feet of tile covered surfaces. Contractor shall perform repairs/re-grout all surfaces that have water intrusion or tile damage prior to applying finish coat. Contractor shall re-surface/coat all tile covered areas with a high-quality Acrylic Urethane finish on walls and floors. Walls shall be finish with a natural accent color finish and floors shall be finish with a natural accent non-slippery finish. Site access and utilities will be provided by Engineering Construction crew. Color selection for walls: off white or light gray. For floors a med/dark grey with non-slippery protection. (Please provide colors available for final selection) |
