The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from contractors to provide all labor, material, equipment, administration and supervision to supply and install the replacement of damaged Aluminum Rail Fence on Crooks Road at the Clinton River, Rochester Hills, MI. With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and email or upload to the MITN website by: Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST. All questions should be directed to the attention of: Debbie Scully, Senior Procurement Analyst, by email scullyd@rochesterhills.org. Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quotes. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered. As this quotation is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern. Vendors are encouraged to visit the site prior to the deadline for questions. The submission of a Quote hereunder shall be considered evidence that the proposer is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity and quality of the work to be performed. All quotation prices shall remain in effect for at least sixty (60) days from the date of the quotation opening to allow for the award of the quote. If chosen as the successful vendor, the prices quoted shall remain firm through the term of the contract.
