**As of February 28,2023 project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Bidders must use the prepared forms provided therefore, as none other will be accepted. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 100 percent or more of the price bid or a check for 10% of the Bid amount. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the sum of 100 percent of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
