Services at Well 5

This work will generally consist of mobilizing to Well 5, pulling the pump (including cathodic protection and Aquastream), assessing the condition of all below ground equipment, televising the well, removing sand, developing the well, providing and reviewing written recommendation of equipment replacements and maintenance with Owner, providing all replacement equipment, installing all below ground equipment (including cathodic protection and Aquastream), testing, demobilizing, cleanup, providing submittals and O&M information, and for any other incidentals necessary to perform the work per the Standard Specifications.
