| Description | Catawba Springs Elementary School Pavement Improvement Lincoln County is soliciting Formal Sealed Bids for RFB 2023-0309 ST JAMES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT from qualified contractors to perform pavement and stormwater improvements. E-mail all questions regarding specifications or requirements Jay Barr, jbarr@reiengineers.com. E-mail clarification of the bid process to jhenry@lincolncounty.org. Questions must be submitted by 1400 hrs, Thursday, March 2, 2023. All clarifications, answers to questions and changes made to the RFB will be responded to by written addendum. The addendum will be posted on the County's Website on or before 1400 hrs, Monday, May 6, 2023. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. |
