| Description | This project consist of the drainage improvements will include conveyance capacity of existing system to help with access/design (2-yr) rainfall events. Regrade all existing ditches and replace culverts with large size (24-inch minimum) to maximize conveyance where possible. Add cross culvert at southern boundary (Parkfield Road) to help equalize flow. Cut new Bioswale at northern boundary to drain east off property to Pineland Roadside ditch and connect with a 36” RCP under Pineland Road. The Bioswsale will be constructed as part of or as a separate project depending on right of way acquisition. |
