Hot Mix Shimming, Paving and Latex Modified Chip Seal

The Town of Greene requests bids for shimming, surface paving & Latex Modified Chip Seal in accordance with the specifications set out below. Said bids shall be reviewed and a recommendation made to the Board of Selectmen at their regular meeting on Monday, June 20. In submitting a bid in accordance with these specifications, the bidder agrees and understands that the Town of Greene may waive any informalities and shall have the right to accept and/or reject any bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept alternatives to the specifications whenever the Board of Selectmen, in their sole and absolute discretion deem it in the best interest of the Town of Greene to do so. Any bid received after the closing deadline shall not be considered. Locations Sullivan Road - Shim and overlay to 1" compacted depth - From Route 202 to College Road. Estimated 6,060 feet by 20 feet width. Gagne Road - Shim where needed and overlay to 1" compacted depth - From North River Road to North Mountain Road. Estimated 2,000 feet by 20 feet width. North Mountain Road - Shim where needed and overlay 1" compacted depth - From Gagne Road to Allen Pond Road. Estimated 2,974 feet by 20 feet width. Meadow Hill Road - Shim where needed & overlay 1" compacted depth - From Route 202 to North River Road. Estimated 10,850 feet by 20 feet. North River Road - Shim where needed and overlay 1" compacted depth - From Meadow Hill Road to Allen Pond Road. Estimated 15,600 feet by 22 feet.
