Description

The YMCA of Greater Toledo issues this Request for Qualifications to provide design professional services in accordance with the requirements of Ohio Revised code Section 15..3.65, et seq. and 2 CFR Part 200,, including Appendix II for a project to be known as the New Construction of YMCA Community Hub and Adjacent Park to to located at or about 100 East Bancroft Street, Toledo, Ohio 4.3620. The design professional selected shall prepare plans and specifications for the project. The project is anticipated to consist of the demolition of an existing facility, construction of a new building and adjacent park. It is. anticipated that the building will be approximately 50,500 square feet. The project schedule calls for the design professional to begin services on or about November 1, 2022 and to complete all services within an agreed upon time thereafter.
