| Description | FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF SAND, GRAVEL, STONE AND SCREENED TOPSOIL FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF LACEY. Bids shall be submitted on standard forms provided and signed by the bidder and contained in a sealed envelope which shall be addressed to the Township Clerk, and shall contain on the face of the envelope a statement that it is a bid on said item. There will be no scheduled pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of PL. 1975, C. 127, PL. 1975, C. 353 and PL. 1977, C. 33, as amended. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid. |
