Failure to register will cause failure of the Electronic bid submission process. A bidder may request valid bidder status by submitting the bidder registration form until 9:00 AM on the bid opening date. An executed bid bond shall be included with all bids. Only electronic bid bonds submitted through the designated electronic medium, either Surety2000 or Tinubu Surety Solution, will be accepted with the bid.
