Description 5 x 18 pre-cast box culvert 65' 1" feet in length. HL - 93 loading. Please see attached drawing for culvert dimensions and relationship to the highway. Ends will be squared but please note that the crossing will be on a skew to the roadway so this will affect the fabrication. The box will be fabricated in accordance with UDOT specification 02645 and all related specifications listed within. Include delivery to SR-118 MP 2.22 in the price of fabrication
