THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON OR ABOUT June 17, 2022. Renovate Building 35 to Residential Recovery Treatment Program (RRTP) Amarillo, Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center 36C25722B0025. The Contractor/Vendor will perform construction services to renovate building 35 at the Amarillo , TX VAMC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $250k and $500k. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small businesses as stated below. The POC for this project will be Barbara Dustin.
