Sidewalk Rehabilitation Along East 14th Street and Spring Creek Street

Reference Number 0000323733 The project shall consist of the removal and replacement of some existing concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, pressure washing, two drives, two drop inlets and the installation of 4 handicap ramps. The Project will begin at the intersection of East 14th Street, SW and Maple Ave., SW and it will proceed east improving both sides of the first block until the intersection of East 14th Street. SW and Spring Creek St., then it will proceed along the northerly side of East 14th Street, SW along the property line of Northwest Georgia Consolidated Housing. The Project will also include the pressure washing of the westerly side of Spring Creek Street, between East 13th St SW and East 14th St., and the sidewalk rehabilitation of its easterly side. All concrete curb and gutter and drive aprons installed shall match the existing curb elevations. The approximate footage for this contract is 1350 +/- linear feet of sidewalk.
