Description | **This project has been awarded to Rognlin's Inc.** Currently 1 addendum out Solid Waste Facilities Pumps Systems Upgrades and Improvements Rebid, CP# 91717 Major work items include: Repair, improvement, or replacement of four stormwater and eight leachate pump stations and systems. Electrical upgrades, including new control panels to integrate with the ongoing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) project, are also included. Engineer's cost estimate: $2M. . Each bidder shall submit the names of the subcontractors performing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, structural steel installation and rebar installation work with whom the bidder, if awarded the contract, will subcontract. The bidder shall not list more than one subcontractor for each category of work identified, except, when subcontractors vary with bid alternates, in which case the bidder must indicate which subcontractor will be used for which alternate. If no subcontractor is listed, the bidder acknowledges that it does not intend to use any subcontractor to perform those items of work. Thurston County requires this list to be included with the bid. 3. BID DEPOSIT: All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such bid proposal. 4. AWARD AND REJECTION OF BIDS: The contract for the public work shall be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. The Board of Thurston County Commissioners may waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids for good cause, reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid deposit, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of Thurston County is served. 5.
