Contract shall include an on-call/remedial service that will allow Tobyhanna Army Depot to ensure carpets can be quickly cleaned in response to unsightly stains when brought to attention. Scope: Commercial carpet cleaning, spot treatment and fabric protection of Building 2 cafe, Building 4 Cafe, and Building 333-Landing in their entirety, twice annually or as requested by the government.
