Fort Barfoot ASP Admin Modernization- Construction

The project is generally described as a new (1) one-story 4,874 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The facility will include a reception / waiting area, an open office area, enclosed offices, conference room, break room, and storage rooms, but will also include a unisex single-occupancy toilet, a custodial closet, male and female latrines with showers, and mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications rooms and systems. The building foundation will be concrete spread footings on compacted soil, and the floor will be a concrete slab on grade. The exterior enclosure for the building will be a pre-engineered metal building consisting of structural steel frame, steel girts and purlins, concealed fastener insulated metal wall panels, standing seam metal roof with R13+R13 continuous insulation. Exterior windows and entrance systems will have aluminum frames and insulating laminated glazing.
