Tree Services

The work shall include clearing, removing, and disposing of trees and brush within Calvert County, Maryland right-of-way. Work shall include, but may not be limited to: A. Roadside Tree Trimming All roadside tree trimming shall be to a minimum height of 25-feet vertical from the road surface and extend to a maximum of 15-feet from the edge of pavement. The Project Manager will provide guidance on right-of-way widths and utilize their discretion for project scope. All disturbed areas shall be stabilized to original condition with topsoil, seed, and straw at the Project Manager’s request. B. Tree Felling Tree felling will be at the Project Manager’s discretion and shall include flush cutting or stump grinding or both. All areas shall be stabilized to original condition with topsoil, seed, and straw. C. Removal All cut wood, branches, and debris shall be removed from the work site as directed by the Project Manager and disposed of by the Contractor unless otherwise directed. As directed, the Contractor shall leave the line of work in a clean and neat condition. All areas shall be stabilized to original condition with topsoil, seed, and straw.
