| Description | Scope of Work requirements. The pools specification are as follow: (1) 49.5’ x 25.5’ with a 3’ Shallow End and 8’ Deep End, and (2) 20’ x 40’ with 3’ Shallow End and 9’ Deep End. The requirements in accordance with the Scope of Works (SOWs), the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment remove, replace, and dispose of minor refuse, and excess or waste materials. The contractor shall clean all surface areas, scrub and clean pool tiles, along with performing all regular and routine maintenance. |
