UAV Building Restroom Addition

Construction of a new two stall, one building bathroom including new water, SS and connection to existing electrical service. Building to meet County code for a steel construction and siding, metal roof with 30-year guarantee. All exterior colors to match existing structure to the east. Four (4’) foot landing around the building that meets ADA requirements for building egress. Self-closing insulated metal doors on the east facing side for restroom access. Utility room door access location shall be in the location that best fits your design criteria. External motion sensor LED light fixtures on the east and south walls. One outdoor hose bib on the south side of the building. Inside all rooms shall consist of drywall, paint, vinyl flooring in tan or darker color to minimize visibility of dirt on the floor and LED sealing lights that are manually and motion sensor operated.
