| Description | A. Complete Removal and installation of the Roofing System Type(s) on existing buildings. Low-slope roofing systems may include: fully adhered single ply (EPDM, PVC & TPO), hybrid built-up roofing systems consisting of multi-ply asphalt built-up roofing systems with a modified bitumen cap sheet or fleece-backed single-ply membrane cap sheet, gravel surfaced built-up roofing systems, coated built-up roofing systems and modified bitumen roofing systems. Steep-slope roofing systems may include: asphalt shingle roofing systems, standing seam metal roofing systems and slate roofing systems. B. Roof Ventilation Systems. Installation of new, commercial roof ventilation components (i.e. ridge vent, eave intake vent, roof-to-wall vent, etc.) by Metalera or similar to meet current code requirements and to provide proper attic air distribution. |
