| Description | This contract covers routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance repairs for elevators listed in the attached Exhibit 1 - Elevator Information. Machinery and equipment shall be maintained in accordance with Texas Elevator codes and regulations, terms and conditions of this contract, and good maintenance practice. This contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, plus two (2) one-year option periods, for a total contract period of five (5) years. |
