| Description | The City of Mill Valley (the CITY) seeks routine janitorial services for the Mill Valley Public Library. The vendor selected would clean and maintain the Library on a routine, ongoing basis, and be able to fill in staffing gaps and provide additional cleaning on an as needed basis. Services are listed in detail in Appendix E. A. Routine services means 7 days per week. Appendix E defines the activities and frequency for each part of the Library. B. Special cleaning on an as needed basis. Hourly rates define all additional cleaning to be on an as needed basis. The Library has three floors and is 27,000 square feet.
