Dumpster and Solids Transport and Disposal

The Authority is accepting Formal Bids for Dumpster and Solids Transport and Disposal. The Scope of Work may be obtained by appointment only, please call (973)831-6658, extension 108, during regular business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. A contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid for the above-mentioned item. Any notices of addendums or cancellation and postponements may be found at Electronically under current bidding opportunities. Questions shall be submitted in writing to liz@wvrsa.com. Paper documents are provided free of charge. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project. This information must be on the outside of the envelope and addressed to the Interim Executive Director in the following format: Bid #: CN 23-02 Title: Dumpster & Solids Transport & Disposal The Authority reserves the right to award a contract in its sole discretion and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor technicalities and informalities and to decide as to the responsibility of the bidders.
