The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. RESTRICTIONS ON CONTACTS Beginning upon release of the request for proposal (RFP) through contract award, contacting government employees who may be associated with this work by participating offerors on the subject of this RFP is inappropriate. Offerors for this RFP, including subcontractors and teammates, shall not attempt such contacts during this period.
