| Description | Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13). The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, the following principal features: design and replace PTAC units in smaller spaces, install new split system heat pumps in the locker and maintenance shop areas, extend existing walls to the roof deck to isolate each HVAC zone, and replace the sprayed foam insulation of the roof deck with vinyl wrapped blanket insulation for metal building systems. The electrical and plumbing work required is that necessary to accommodate the HVAC work. |
