Wildwood and Ewing Storm Improvements

The project consists of two project areas. At the Wildwood Drive project area, the work includes dewatering the crossing, excavating the roadway approach to the crossing footing bottom, pouring a concrete plug along the outside edge of the footings and a crossing floor slab, backfilling and replacing the asphalt pavement, and replacing catch basins and storm sewer in the vicinity. At the Ewing Road project area, the work includes stream corridor enhancements (erosion protection, spillway & side channel, dam removal, dam modifications, and repair above the crossing). Also included is restoration to existing or better conditions. Project Location: The project is located at the crossing of Cranberry Run at Wildwood Drive and the crossing of Cranberry Run at Ewing Road in Boardman Township, Mahoning County, Ohio.
