RFQ - Cedar Lake Park Site Plan

The City of Olathe, Kansas, Infrastructure Focus Area is requesting qualified design firms to submit qualifications for the preparation of design documents for the following project: Cedar Lake Park Site Plan: This project will include a redesign of the site plan that was originally completed for the City of Olathe in 2016. The Lake Olathe/Cedar Lake Master Plan was an effort that combined master plans for Lake Olathe Park, the Cedar Creek Trail, and Cedar Lake Park. Documents are available where you find this RFQ or the document can be found online As development progresses in and around the Cedar Lake Park neighborhood, it is critical, and timely, that the City of Olathe develop a strategy to plan for and/or acquire land that will accommodate future amenities for the benefit of Olathe residents and visitors. The project will include surveying existing conditions (update), cost estimating, a land acquisition strategy, developing schematic design plans in accordance with City of Olathe specifications, coordination with utilities and City of Olathe.
