| Description | 1. Remove existing fire alarm and detection system, including controls, wiring, peripheral devices, interface connections, etc. (Main building and Auto Training building). 2. Provide new fire alarm and detection system throughout main building 3. Provide a separate fire alarm and detection system in the Auto Training Building 4. Provide monitoring of the Auto Training Building FACP by the FACP in the Main Building, including supervised communication system between panels. 5. Provide interface connections between fire alarm system and other buildings systems including: kitchen hood extinguishing system, elevators, BMS controls, AHU’s, etc. 6. Provide all required wiring and raceways. 7. Permitting and inspections. 8. Acceptance testing of installed components, cables, switches, ground resistance, etc. |
