| Description | The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified demolition Contractors ("Contractor" or Contractors") known to be experienced and regularly engaged in the demolition and removal of buildings, foundations, as well as the demolition and removal of site improvements, including but not limited to retaining walls, paving and foundation and landscaping in compliance with site-specific hazardous materials assessment requirements, including asbestos and lead abatement. Satisfactory evidence that the Contractor has the necessary capital, equipment, experience, and personnel to complete the work in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations will be required. The 2022 Demolition Project ("Project") includes the demolition and removal of (1) aviation hangar building and alternates for demolition and removal of its foundation and (4) other masonry structures. |
