Deer Park Municipal Airport Sanitary Sewer Extension

This Contract provides construction of sanitary sewer infrastructure to provide service to select existing and future hangar tenants. The proposed project includes sanitary sewer main, sewer side services, construction of manholes, abandonment/removal of existing septic systems, connection to existing sewer services all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to the City's consultant, J-U-B ENGINEERS at 509-458-3727. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Deer Park.
